Group Booking Terms And Conditions

  • For all bookings of less than 15 guests, you will not be entitled to the group booking discount and will be charged website prices. We will also require payment in full at the point of booking.

  •  For all bookings of more than 15 guests, we require a deposit of 20% which is a non-refundable deposit and must be paid when the quote is agreed – once the deposit is paid this then means your booking is secured in our calendar. No tickets can be reserved without the deposit payment.

  • For all short notice bookings within 14 days of the chosen event date will need full payment to be made upon agreement of the schedule.

  • Amendments can be made up until 14 days before your event or up until full payment is made. Full payment will be due at the 14 day prior mark.

  •  We can increase if we have the availability, and the payment is made for the additional activities.

  • If your group size decreases after final payment has been made, you are not entitled to a refund or any credit for the decrease in group size.

  •  Cancellations of 14 days* or less prior to the event – the deposit is non-refundable and 100% of full booking value is required as payment

  •  Cancellations of 30 days* or less prior to the event – the deposit is non-refundable and 50% of the booking value is payable on cancellation

  • Cancellations 31 days* or more prior to the event – the deposit is non-refundable, however we can move the booking to a new date within 6 months from the initial date. You will lose the deposit that you had already paid, this will then be added back to the outstanding balance

  • It is vital that all pre-visit information is read. We will not be liable for any information that has been missed such as arrival time if you attend the attraction late or if any of the group cannot participate in activities due to medical reasons or height & weight restrictions.
