We are thrilled to confirm that all our awesome indoor and outdoor adventures are now open again!

The Adventure Continues

Whilst legal restrictions were lifted from 19th July 2021, we want to ensure we can offer you the best possible experience.

We continue to have additional hygiene and safety measures in place throughout our attraction, including enhanced cleaning, hand sanitiser, increased ventilation and some suggested social distancing markers.

Frequently Asked Questions: Keeping You Safe

Whilst legal restrictions were lifted from the 19th July, we want to ensure we can offer you the best possible experience.

We would like to reassure everyone that we are continuing to take the necessary measures to provide a safe and hygienic environment. The health and safety of our guests and staff is our absolute priority. We have implemented an extensive range of safety measures, designed to ensure a happy, safe and healthy experience for all guests and staff. These may include:

    • Lower capacity – both for our attraction and for each [building], queue line or experience. Whilst legal restrictions have been lifted, we want to ensure we can offer you the best possible guest experience.
    • You will see some signage stating “Face coverings recommended” which will be displayed at entry points into our indoor attraction areas or high footfall areas.
    • You may continue to see Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and clothing for some of our staff. Our teams are encouraged to maintain high levels of hygiene and they may wish to continue wearing a face covering whilst working, most notably when in indoor locations.
    • Continuation of enhanced cleaning, hygiene stations and hand sanitiser for guests at key locations.
    • You may still see increased ventilation and suggested spatial separation markings and other similar operating adjustments around the attraction. Whilst legal restrictions have been lifted, we want to ensure we can offer you the best possible guest experience.
    • The redesign of particular tasks to reduce the frequency and/or duration of potential ‘close contact’ points between our guests and employees.
    • Guests are encouraged to use contactless payment whilst in the attraction.

Guests are recommended to wear face coverings in indoor areas, most notably areas that are likely to become crowded. Our staff are also being encouraged to maintain high levels of hygiene and they may elect to continue wearing a face covering whilst working, most notably when in crowded indoor locations.

Please be assured that we work in close cooperation with the local health authority to support any direct enquiries to them and will act immediately upon their advice. The safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff is our priority and we will continue to monitor the situation at our attraction closely, taking all necessary precautions.

We are a card only site at this current time, and are unable to accept cash payments
