How are vouchers redeemed?
Once you complete your booking, you can print your Gift Vouchers or send the PDF as a gift. The voucher will have your personalised message and no visible prices.
You will also receive an email confirming your purchase. Please retain this email for your records. This email will also have a link to print vouchers if you should need to in the future.
Your voucher will contain instructions on how to activate your gift voucher and bookings will then be confirmed in the name of the person receiving the gift!
How long is the gift voucher valid for?
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the day the purchase is made.
Can I get a reduced price for Bear Grylls Adventure gift vouchers as part of a promotion or employee discount?
No, gift cards can't be purchased as part of a promotion or discounted offers.
Will the price of this ticket show on the gift voucher?
No, the price of the selected gift voucher experience will not show on the gift voucher itself.
