Redeem A Gift Voucher
To secure your adventure, you will have to redeem your vouchers and book in your visit date and time of choice before arriving to us on site. We will not be able to accept any vouchers on the day.
How To Redeem Your Voucher
- Find your gift voucher to confirm your gift codes and the exciting experiences your voucher is valid for.
- A gift voucher can be viewed and printed by selecting 'view tickets' on your email confirmation.
- Your unique voucher code can be found under the barcode you can see on your voucher.
- When inputting your unique voucher code, do not include the letters ID at the start.
- Find the correct redemption portal from the links found below.
- You can also find the direct link to the correct redemption portal by viewing your tickets on a desktop device, and following the link provided on your digital voucher.
- If your voucher is from a third party partner such as Virgin Experience Days or Buy A Gift, please follow the instructions given by your voucher provider on their site.
