Our safety policy

We welcome adventurers of any shape, size and skill level, but there are some important height, weight and age restriction we need our visitors to follow.

To get the most out of your day with us, you'll require a moderate level of fitness. Broadly speaking, if you can climb a ladder and do jumping jacks you'll be fine as each activity has different levels of difficulty, to ensure every adventurer finds the right challenge.

Restrictions that apply to all our activities

  • This attraction is suitable for 10+ years 
  • A guardian/parent must sign the safety waiver on behalf of an under 18
  • Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult
  • Adult companions may participate or be present as an attraction visitor 
  • Due to the nature of the activities, it is not safe for pregnant women to participate

Climbing

Weight restriction: Max weight 21.5 stone (136 kg)

Some guests may find it difficult to fit into our climbing harnesses even though they are within our weight limit due to their body shape. If you think you might have this issue, please visit our Accessibility page and get in touch.

High Ropes

Weight restriction: max weight 20 stone (130kg)

Height restriction: minimum 4.2 foot (1.3 meters) tall, maximum height 6.7 feet (2.03 meters) 

Some guests may find it difficult to fit into our High Ropes harnesses even though they are within our weight limit due to their body shape. If you think you might have this issue, please visit our Accessibility page and get in touch.

iFly

Prior to arriving you must complete a risk declaration form.  Failure to do so many risk being refused entry to the activity. 

Weight restriction: Maximum weight 18 stone (114 kg)

Height restriction: Maximum height 6.7 feet (2.03 meters) 

Health restriction: iFLY is not suitable for guests with a previous arm or shoulder injury.

Dive

Age restrictions: The minimum age for Dive is 10.

Health restrictions: Divers can't travel by air within 12 hours of the dive experience.

This activity is not suitable for people who suffer from Asthma and Epilepsy.

Visitors taking part in DIVE are required to complete the following Medical declaration form.

Age restrictions: The minimum age for Snorkel is 10.

Health restrictions: 

Unfortunately, due to the nature of this experience pregnant guests are unable to take part
