We know that you may want to bring along some moral support on the day to cheer you on as you take part in your adventures, so we have spectator areas for our High Ropes, Climb, iFLY, Dive and Assault Course activities. Those wishing to watch can pick up an Attraction Visitor ticket free of charge on the day from our Admissions team.
Due to the nature of our Survival Maze, Escape Room, Archery, Shooting and Snorkel, guests are unable to watch these activities. However, Attraction Visitors are more than welcome to make the most of our Canteen, Retail store or take in the surroundings of The Bear Grylls Adventure while they wait.
Don't worry if you have not received tickets for your booking - we don't issue tickets!
Your order number is all you need to check in with us on the day, and you will not receive a ticket as this will act as your ticket. This will act as proof of purchase, and will allow admissions to get your Bear Tag set up for your activities.
Our safety policy
We welcome adventurers of any shape, size and skill level, but there are some important height, weight and age restriction we need our visitors to follow.
To get the most out of your day with us, you'll require a moderate level of fitness. Broadly speaking, if you can climb a ladder and do jumping jacks you'll be fine as each activity has different levels of difficulty, to ensure every adventurer finds the right challenge.
Restrictions that apply to all our activities
- This attraction is suitable for 10+ years
- A guardian/parent must sign the safety waiver on behalf of an under 18
- Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult, either on the activity itself or as an Attraction Visitor
- Due to the nature of the activities, it is not safe for pregnant women to participate
