We care about you having fun in the safety of our qualified guides, and do our very best to accommodate adventurers of all ability levels.

To qualify for a free carer ticket, you must provide proof of your disability and pre-book it with us 4 weeks in advance of your visit.

The Bear Grylls Adventure has limited blue badge parking right next to the attraction. To secure a slot please click here and book 1 slot for the date and time required. On the day you MUST bring your parking ticket and blue badge to present to the NEC security team. On the day, please enter via NEC Gate 1, where security will direct you to our site side parking. Access will only be granted for those who have pre-booked a space and show their blue badge.

Please note- We have incredibly limited spots, If there are no tickets showing as available for the date and time of your visit then this means the spaces are fully booked– if they are full you will need to park in the main car park and use the accessible spaces there. Please note our main car park is a 15-minute walk from the attraction entrance

We ask that you please book your paid-for tickets on our main website, and then confirm this order number to this email so we may add your carer ticket to the same activity, date and time so you may all take part in the activities together on the day.

Please note that a carer ticket can only be added to visit dates and times with availability remaining. If a carer ticket is requested at late notice, we cannot guarantee that availability will remain to add a carer ticket to your booking.

We ask that all guests read over the relevant activity waiver before their visit to avoid disappointment on the day. You can find all adventure waivers here.

The Bear Grylls Adventure has step-free access throughout, and is wheelchair accessible.

We are able to accommodate wheelchair users on our Shooting, Axe Throwing, Archery, Escape Room, and iFLY activities. Unfortunately, our High Ropes and Climb activities are not yet wheelchair accessible, though this is something we endeavour to make fully accessible in the future.

The Bear Grylls Adventure has disabled changing facilities for visitors participating in Dive or Snorkel. For all other activities we ask our guests to arrive adventure ready, wearing wearing comfortable active wear you can move in and lace up trainers.

The Bear Grylls Adventure has disabled toilets throughout the attraction. This is wheelchair accessible.

The attraction and some activities use a variety of sensory effects including audio, visual, touch and smell designed to enhance the overall experience of each area. Please speak to a member of the team if you would like more information regarding this.
